CxGov Concept and Reasoning

Regardless of where one lives or what their political views, most adults primary concern is for their future and that of their children. An overwhelming percentage of the world’s population is dissatisfied to some extent with the direction their communities and countries appear to be going. When asked, most say things could be better and would be better if they had more input.

A majority of citizens think the media is biased and unreliable. They disagree on exactly what media is at fault; Fox News or the main-stream-media.  A growing number of people think that wealthy elitist are behind a worsening world situation.  The disagreement there is who they are; George Soros or the Koch brothers.

At one time or another all citizens are frustrated with the poor choices and decisions made on their behalf by their leaders.

CxGov will give citizens the ability to address the situation. Three simples key strokes put citizen-voters in charge of their governing bodies.  Those three simple key strokes will disrupt everything associated with governing and government.

CxGov isn’t another social media platform. It isn’t Facebook Lite nor is it Twitter 2.0. It is the first of its kind collective affairs platform designed to make elected officials, agencies, and bureaucracies answerable to the citizens they serve.

CxGov will provide the tools needed to manage their governing bodies. Concise, accurate news and information. The ability to fund candidates directly. Direct, instantaneous contact with elected office holders, agencies, and organizations. Prompt responses from those officials and agencies as well as a graphic display of where your fellow citizens stand on that issue, with a follow up on actions taken.

At election time citizen-voters will have a printable performance evaluation for each of their elected officials. The evaluation will clearly show what the office holder did vs. what was said, where the voter and official agreed or disagreed, and a clear indication of which candidates best represent the citizens stated views and desires.

CxGov will give citizens the ability to communicate, evaluate, reward or dismiss those in positions of authority, be they elected or appointed. The objective is to create citizen-centric communities and countries by electing and supporting those that best serve the people.
